Crowd Runs After Shot Fired Near White House

People ran down the sidewalk along the north side of the White House on Pennsylvania Avenue after a man fired a gun on March 3.In this footage, police vehicles drive in the opposite direction from the people running.The man fired a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and the Secret Service said there were no other injuries.DC Police Department reported the man who fired the gun has been declared deceased.
