How water proof is the Lowepro Inverse 200AW camera bag?

The Lowepro AW200 is a camera bag designed to wear around the waist, like a large fanny pack. I love the concept of this bag since I hate having any backpack on my back.

A camera bag needs to be waterproof because I need to make sure my expensive camera equipment remains dry and protected at all times.
