Ingredients
1. 1 boiled potato
2. 1 cup of grated cauliflower
3. 1/2 cup of grated paneer (soft white cheese or fresh cheese)
4. chopped curryl eaves
5. 2-3 chopped green chilly
6. chopped coriander
7. 1/4 teaspoon red chilly powder
8. 1/4 teaspoon garam masala (mixture of ground spices)
9. 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder (mango powder)
Procedure
---------------- Prepare Stuffing -------------------------
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt in grated cauliflower to drain excess of water and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
Take a bowl and squeeze out excess water from cauliflower and collect it in a bowl. Add boiled potato and mash it and mix it with cauliflower.
Now take a pan on medium high heat and put some oil. Put ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves and green chillies. Add the mixture of cauliflower and potato, add red chilly powder, garam masala powder and amchur powder.
Add salt according to your taste. Mix it well. Finaly add grated paneer and coriander.
Making of Gobi Paratha

Knead the dough well. Take a medium size ball of the dough and roll it with the rolling pin into a small circle. Put the stuffing and close it.
Tap it and then roll it into a paratha along the sides so that the stuffing spreads equally. Now on a pre-heated pan put the paratha and apply ghee (clarified butter) on both the sides and roast it till it becomes golden brown.
Your Gobi Paratha is ready. Enjoy the delicious Paratha with pickles on the side.
