How Moscow's dealing with record snowfall

Few cities deal with snow as effectively as Moscow, and with recent record snowfall its army of snowploughs and shovel-wielding snow clearers have got their work cut out. They've cleared an estimated 1.2 million cubic metres of snow in the last 24 hours, according to city authorities, much of which is taken to special snow melting stations where it's turned into water.
