The following video is about a home made BGA soldering station. Pay attention that some of the most important things on it are to control the temperature ON the chip we are working with (or next to it). Another is to use a bottom preheater and also to find the way to reproduce the BGA reflow graphic. I used two step temperature controller and I added a pedal to help to integrate the temperature rising slope and to match my graphic to the BGA reballing chart.\r
