I have loved listening to this song since it first came out (I think I was maybe 12 or 13 at the time). I used to have it on repeat at one point in my life where the lyrics really hit a strong point with me. Now I have the joy of singing my own cover and putting everything from that emotional experience into it through my piano playing and singing.
Side Note: I love that the original artist of this song, Jesse McCartney, was in Kingdom Hearts lol. Kingdom Hearts is basically my favorite video game ever and quite honestly, I probably would have never found this song in the first place if I wasn't looking up music by Roxas' voice actor.
