San Bernardino Shooting Massacre ‘an Act of Terrorism,’ FBI Says

Bowdich said suspects Tashfeen Malik and Syed Farook attempted to destroy their digital fingerprints. Two cell phones were found in a nearby trash can. The San Bernardino police department has now handed the invesigation over to the FBI.
