And of course, I explained the steps to become a teacher which is to get a bachelor's degree, go to some vague teaching classes, follow around a teacher, and poof, you have the job. Overall, a comprehensive and well put together video.

Listen, we've all seen at least one article or video, talking about why the American school system is complete and utter trash ~ but nothing ever gets done. Why? The videos are too vague and disjointed and ideological ~ while the articles have a huge editorial bias that cloud the issues! So straight up, here we go ~

2) I can't be under-estimating teachers if I'm looking at what it takes to get their credentials. 50 Question multiple choice, is trash. Take an intro calculus exam and what will you see? Open ended questions asking you to apply complex theorums with no answer choices. Show your work and box your answer. If we're making students do it, the teachers should do it too.
