Adobo is a dish that every Filipino knows! I have also been told it is one that every Filipino should learn to make!\r

This video will be much longer than the usual ones… But for me it will last forever as proof I have become a little bit more Filipino! I just wanted you to see my whole Adobo cooking journey from start to finish! It isnt meant to be exciting… but like a lot of things on this journey I just want to show that I am learning, that I am putting my heart into this :)\r

I decided to try and speak only Bisaya the whole day. None of this is scripted, it is just me naturally trying to blurt out Bisaya. A few times you will notice I mix up words, or have some very slang pronunciations. Give me a few years Ill be fluent :)\r

I took the day yesterday and went to Cogon market in Cagayan de Oro to search for the ingredients I needed for my Chicken Pork Red Horse Adobo! Also known as CPR Adobo! Funny enough a bunch of stall keepers ually recognized me and were yelling Kulas! Apir!… In the video it may look setup when I give the Baboy seller a fist pump… but ually that was just randomly natural! I think I have only met that guy once way back in the past! My new Karne Suki! \r

I am incredibly happy to say….. I CAN COOK ADOBO ALL BY MYSELF!! \r

I made a post on my page yesterday asking random locals in Cagayan de Oro if they would like to try my adobo and went and delivered some to a local realty business! They loved it! I didnt have my camera with me… but I can proudly say that moment made me really happy! It is proof my CPR Adobo is Lami!! Wahoo!!\r
