President Trump is said to have fired all 16 members of Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS, also known as PACHA

President Trump is said to have fired all 16 members of Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS, also known as PACHA, according to the Washington Blade.
The termination letter was reportedly sent via FedEx and offered no explanation.
The clearing out follows the June resignation of six members who questioned the Trump administration's commitment to addressing the global AIDS crisis, notes Newsweek.
Scott A. Schoettes, one of the members who resigned,  tweeted news of the Wednesday mass firing, writing, "Remaining #HIV/AIDS council members booted by @realDonaldTrump."
"No respect for their service. Dangerous that #Trump and Co. (Pence esp.) are eliminating few remaining people willing to push back against harmful policies, like abstinence-only sex ed," Schoettes further noted.
It is not unusual for incoming presidents to replace entire councils, but that is often done at the start of the term.
Gabriel Maldonado, one of the recently fired PACHA members, told the Washington Blade, he "can only speculate," why the decision to fire the council came when it did, but does suggest that members' "ideological and philosophical differences" with the White House may have been a factor.
