19 Year old London singer/songwriter Malory Torr is often described as ‘insightful and fresh’. Malory has a rare sound using a combination of ukulele, guitar and banjo to create her indie/pop originals. She has gigged for several years appearing at the O2’s Indigo Stage, Soho Pizza Express, The Pheasantry Chelsea, Half Moon in Putney, Troubadour, Proud Camden and many more.
In July 2014 Malory opened a gig launching George Eztra’s debut album in Kingston and in the summer of ‘13 Malory was featured as ‘Uncharted Territory’ artist of the week by Richard Madeley on Terry Wogan’s show on BBCRadio2. The chosen song was ‘Birds and the Bees’. In addition her track ‘Heart of Gold’ was played on Dermot O’Leary’s show on BBCRadio2 in August as well as on BBCintroducing 94.9 this summer by Gary Crowley.

‘Her songs are simple but impressive with an inherent drama that calls to mind Regina Spektor…’ John Kennedy XFM - Dazed and Confused Magazine.
Malory recently distinguished herself as a songwriter by being awarded runner up with her song ‘Utopian World’ in the national Song Academy Young Songwriter Competition 2013 judged by top industry and radio personalities.
