Australian sisters Georgia (guitar, keys), Ella (electric cello, bass) and Clara Germein (drums) are turning heads across the globe with their infectious indie pop tunes, mesmerising spirit, and irresistible charm.
Following their debut single “Da Da Doo” entering the Top 100 Mainstream Radio charts in Germany, and their highly anticipated performance at Isle of Wight Festival UK (feat. Fleetwood Mac & Pharrell Williams); Germein Sisters organically crafted pop sensibility, intriguing element of electronicism, topped off with that distinctive sibling magic has got music critics raving.
Compared to the likes of The Corrs, Haim, and Echosmith; their catchy melodies, flawless harmonies, and euphoric live show is nothing short of compelling.
Securing a Top 5 nomination for Best Pop Artist, Best Band, and Best Song “Da Da Doo” in the South Australian Music Awards; and First Prize in the prestigious Tamworth Country Music Festival Busking Competition 2014, it was clear that the Germein Sisters’ career would continue to escalate. In 2016 they represented Australia at the Hue Festival in Vietnam following an invitation from the Australian Embassy in Hanoi, opened for Ronan Keating on his "Time of My Life Tour" across Germany, performed on the Big Top Stage at the Isle of Wight Festival UK, played a sold out Radio Concert on Mallorca Island Spain, and toured Switzerland, Germany, Vietnam, and Australia. With performances across Australia, New Zealand, China, Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, London, and Toronto; the Germein Sisters look forward to many more exciting adventures in 2017.
Their debut album ‘Because You Breathe’ is now available worldwide and in stores on iTunes.
