Richard: GLC & GLIC compulsory to employ local graduates

Government linked companies (GLCs) and Government linked investment companies (GLICs) are made compulsory to employ local grads as trainees under the Skim Latihan 1Malaysia (SL1M) or programs by the Human resource development fund (HRDF).
