LOOKING INTO THE UNIVERSE
#CHAPTER1. WHAT IS THE UNIVERSE?
Long long ago, in the primitive times when people didn’t have any tools to observe, measure, and scientific knowledge to explain, the universe for them was just something that they could see. Having looked up, they saw the sky, and looked down, they saw the land and the sea. That was all about the universe for humans at that time.
When people reached a higher level knowledge of science and technology, they had advanced tools that helped they see far far way and perform complex calculations, they then began to understand more about the universe while previously, the universe for them was just the Moon and stars in the sky and the sea and mountains on the land, i.e. the universe was all that they could see. Since at that time humans knowledge was too inadequate to explain what the universe, the Moon, and stars were and how clouds, the winds, mountains, rivers, and the sea, etc. could be formed, they then intelligently created God for the answers to everything that they couldn’t explain.
Please do not judge that they were too silly to resort to God for the explanations for all natural phenomena. The truth is otherwise: humans were ingenious to believe that God had created the universe and thus they deserved a Nobel Prize. The reason that people thought there was a Mr God who had made everything is that humans always wish to find the source of all things, events, and phenomena.
Because of their intelligence, people always wondered how could the sky and the Earth appear. The sky and the Earth were the simple universe for humans at that time. People distinguish themselves from animals at the point that they always ask where this or that comes from and then start to think where they may go. Now we will discuss how a species is said to have intelligence.
