The famous soup recipe for winter in Hunza is Chap’chy dawdo.Chap'chy refers to the meat, it can be mutton or beef and dawdo refers to the soup.Traditionally this soup is served hot in a wooden bowl with a wooden spoon.It's simply a soup made with homemade noodles.
