Injured Rand Paul is Back on The Hill

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul is back on the Hill following an assault that left him with six fractured ribs. Paul tweeted Monday morning, thanking everyone for their thoughts and prayers. He admitted that he is still in pain, but is ready to fight for liberty and help move forward with tax cuts. Rene Boucher, a long-time neighbor of Paul, is charged with fourth-degree assault for the November 3rd incident. Boucher's lawyer claims the attack had nothing to do with politics. If it is deemed to be politically motivated, it could lead to federal charges.
