A great warm up routine I used when Kick Boxing. In the video I forgot about taking a rest.

1. Push ups (30s) rest (10s)
2. Squat (30s) rest (10s)
3. Burpees (30s) rest (10s)
4. Plank (30s) rest (10s)
5. Air punches (30s) rest (10s)
