ISIS confirms responsibility in New York terror attack

ISIS has confirmed that Sayfullo Saipov was, in fact, working with its terrorist organization. Reuters released the report, citing that the group claimed: “(T)he attacker is one of the caliphate soldiers." Saipov had be practicing the attack weeks before Halloween night, when he ran down people in lower Manhattan with a rental truck, killing eight and injuring over a dozen.
