Giyaling | Hunza style dosa |Hunza Traditional oily flatbread -Dosa Recipe

Today I will share a traditional recipe of Hunza, we call it Giyaling and it has three different variations. It is one of the Hunza breakfast recipes. I call it Hunza style dosa because Indian Cuisine has dosa recipe with similar batter and cooking method.Hunza style dosa or Giyaling is different in sense that it is brushed with a heavy layer of fresh butter and Indian version is more crispy.traditionally it is made on different type of pan which is much larger then i'm using here and is made really thin as indian style dosa.
