I gained a few pounds in the last month traveling so Its time to get back to keeping track of my macros, this method has worked great for me in the past and I feel better after following a high protein, low carb diet. 1/4t cayenne (add less if you dont want it sure spicy)\r
1/2T crushed red pepper \r
1T garlic powder \r

*Store in an airtight container or bag. I dont use salt in the seasoning so I can salt the chili to my liking. \r
