Ingredients :

Potato - 2
Carrot - 1
Onion - 1
Spinach leaves - few
Coriander leaves - few
Green chillies - 1
Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - little
Wheat flour - 1 cup
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Cooking oil - as needed
Parsley & Origano - little

Method:

Mix Wheat flour, all purpose flour, Baking powder,salt, Parsley,Origano with 2 tsp of oil and little water.
Knead the mix as dough as shown and leave it to rest for 15-30 mins.
Boil and mash the potatoes as shown
Add finely chopped vegetables & green chilly to the mashed potato
Add salt and pepper as you need
Mix it well without adding any water
Roll the dough to small sheets as shown
Stuff the veg mix in the dough sheets to any shape of your choice
Coat it with little oil and place in airfryer or oven.
Cook it for 5 minutes each side at 180 degrees.
Your healthy veg pastries are ready..
