A doctor at the only Level-1 trauma hospital in Nevada, University Medical Center in Las Vegas, describes the "emotional strain" of treating the victims of the mass shooting that killed at least 59 people. Stephen Paddock, a 64-year-old retired accountant, opened fire from a hotel room on people attending a country music concert on the Las Vegas Strip.
