How Does That Candle Work? Is This Girl magic?

A toddler girl doesn't realize the candles are electric as her family proceeds to mess with her. At first, she blows the candles out and then she makes fart noises to turn them back on. Well she thinks that she is turning the candles on and can't stop laughing!
