Lawsuit: Fox News and Trump supporter fabricated story together

A private detective who investigated the murder of DNC aide Seth Rich claimed a Fox News reporter and a Trump supporter, Ed Butowsky, fabricated a story to deviate negative attention from the president. Detective Rod Wheeler claims Fox’s Malia Zimmer made up two quotes in the May 16 story suggesting Rich was killed for leaking information to Wikileaks. “Zimmerman, Butowsky and Fox had created fake news to advance President Trump’s agenda,” the suit states Rich was killed in D.C. in July 2016 after a robbery gone wrong, police said.
