Tillerson assures North Korea: 'We are not your enemy'

In an unexpected change of dialogue, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson assured North Korea: "We are not your enemy, we are not your threat. But you are presenting an unacceptable threat to us, and we have to respond." Tillerson noted he hopes to sit down and open up dialogue with North Korea. Tillerson told reporters the U.S. doesn't seek to collapse the government in Pyongyang or use any military force.
