Woman Helps Foster Children in Honor of Late Friend

Before a Virginia woman was struck and killed by a truck earlier this year, she planned to collect items for Comfort Cases, a nonprofit that provides necessary items to children in the foster care system. Now, one of her friends is working to keep that mission alive.
