About 50 members of the Ku Klux Klan and their supporters held a rally in Charlottesville, Virginia on Saturday. The men showed up wearing Klan robes and carried around Confederate flags as they protested the city's plan to remove a statue of Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee. They were met with counterprotesters as the Klansmen continued their march to the park. Nearly 1,000 counterprotesters showed up, shouting "racists go home" overpowering the Klansmen as they chanted "white power."
