Chicken Curry is very popular among non-vegetarians. Today learn how to prepare spicy and tasty Chicken Curry. You can have it with rice or any Indian bread.
Ingredients:
1/2 kg Chicken/ చికెన్
2 Onions chopped/ ఉల్లిపాయ
1 Tomato chopped/ టమోటా
15 cloves of Garlic/ వెల్లుల్లి లవంగం
1/2 Cup Coriander leaves/ కొత్తిమీర
1/2 inch Ginger/ అల్లం
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder/ పసుపు
1 tsp Kitchen King Masala/ కిచన్ కింగ్ మసాలా
1 tsp Garam Masala/ గరం మసాలా
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder/ కష్మిరి ఎర్ర కారం పొడి
1 tbsp Mix Masala/ మిక్స్ మసాలా
Salt to Taste/ ఉప్పు
3-4 tbsp Oil/ నూనె
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed onion, tomato, ginger & garlic. Stir well.
- Add mix masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder, kitchen king masala, turmeric powder, garam masala & coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients well. Add salt to taste and again mix well.
- Add chicken pieces to the gravy and mix well for 2-3 mins.
- Add about a cup of water to the gravy, cover it with a lid and let it cook on a high flame for 10 mins.
- Garnish the Indian style Chicken Curry with coriander leaves and serve hot.
