Abandoned: Gaya Land in South Korea
Gaya Land is an abandoned amusement park in Gimhae, South Korea. The park opened in 1991 and closed in november 2011 due lack of visitors.
Some parts of the amusement park are so overgrown you can’t get close to the attractions.
Scattered around the park you can find all kind of illegal Disney figures. A few weeks after my visit demolition began (partly)
The park, which closed in 2011, reopened under new management on April 2, 2016. Now, all facilities have been refurbished and all rides are once again running.
