Trump On Collusion With Russia Claim: 'Nobody Has Been Able To Show Any Proof. Sad!'

On Friday, President Trump tweeted about the Russia story yet again.

President Trump continues to tweet on Russia after the Washington Post’s recent revelation that special counsel has expanded the Russia investigation to include possible obstruction of justice by the president.
Trump tweeted Friday morning, "After 7 months of investigations & committee hearings about my 'collusion with the Russians,' nobody has been able to show any proof. Sad!"
The day before, he posted a series of tweets on Russia, including, “Why is that Hillary Clintons family and Dems dealings with Russia are not looked at, but my non-dealings are?"
Hours earlier, he wrote, “You are witnessing the single greatest WITCH HUNT in American political history - led by some very bad and conflicted people! #MAGA”
The report that appears to have triggered the tweetstorm was posted to the Washington Post’s website on Wednesday evening.
In addition to revealing the inquiry into the president, it noted, “The move by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III to investigate Trump’s conduct marks a major turning point in the nearly year-old FBI investigation, which until recently focused on Russian meddling during the presidential campaign and on whether there was any coordination between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin. Investigators have also been looking for any evidence of possible financial crimes among Trump associates, officials said.”
