Ginger chicken
My favorite thing to do with a recipe is to pare it down as far as possible while maintaining big flavor. You just can’t beat simple. So, if you’re new to cooking, this Ginger Chicken is probably a good recipe to start with because it’s so damn simple and I promise you’ll impress yourself with the flavor. ;)

This super simple dish can be made with chicken breast or thighs, but I prefer thighs because they stay juicy and tender. If you’re using chicken breasts, I suggest cutting them into smaller pieces or pounding them thin to make sure they cook quickly.
You can serve this zingy curry over steamed rice or Chinese noodles or simply serve it with naan bread.

INGREDIENTS:-
Deboned & skinless chicken thighs 1200g
Garlic 10-12 cloves(finely chopped)
black pepper (crushed) 2 tsp
white vinegar 1-1/2 tbs
soya sauce 2 tsp
salt to taste
ginger 5 inches piece
vegetable oil half cup
onion one medium size
tomato puree one cup/200g
yogurt 2tbs
green chili 2-3 (sliced)
red chili powder 1tsp
salt to taste
