Hey everybody its Andrew at Hyundai of Athens and today we’re going to take a look at the all newly redesigned 2017 Hyundai Elantra.
Now continuing on the interior of the car, I’d like to point out a few features that really make the redesign of 2017 really stand out and really make it the excellent value that it is. So as you can see, this being the limited edition, limited model it is featured in beautifully appointed leather where both of the driver and passenger seats are heated. The EPA categorizes the ‘17 Elantra actually as a mid-sized car and I tell you as soon as you sit in here you can see why. There’s plenty of space making for very comfortable riding for up to 5 passengers.
Continuing up here, this is the 7 inch touch screen system which feature both the Apple car play as well as Android auto systems. Which means that the driver can sync their phone to the car and the screen itself will act like their phone screen. Hands-free operational features of the phone for added safety and convenience.
Continuing down here you have your dual climate controls for both passenger and driver. So it makes for a very happy car. Down here you have both your 212 volt outlets as well as USB and auxiliary. Push button start on this beautifully leather wrapped steering wheel. On the left hand side - you can see you’ve got your bluetooth functions including the voice activation system. It essentially acts as your command central for the entire car. On the right hand side is your cruise control and all of the related functions and then to the left hand side of the steering wheel itself is your blind spot detection and traction control functions.
Now here on our 7 inch touch screen system, we have various radio functions which includes a 3 month complimentary subscription to Siriusxm Satellite radio. Also comes new for 2017 with a whole host of downloadable and programmable apps for example Pandora, Soundhound, and Siriusxm Satellite Radio and Siriusxm Satellite data to make your driving that much safer and more pleasurable.
