In a big blow to the AAP led Delhi Government, Supreme Court of India issues notice to Delhi Govt & others on petition of Government of India. SC future stayed the observation of Delhi HC on ACB's jurisdiction over Delhi police. SC hailed that HC orders on ACBs jurisdiction in Para 66 of HC order is irrelevant. Responding to the judgment, AAP Leader Ashutosh commented that Our work in Delhi is being hindered because they (Center) dont want the magic that happened in Delhi polls to repeat in other places.
