Ishrat Jahan : 'Was burnt with cigarette, forced to sign affidavit', claims ex-bureaucrat RVS Mani

Another former bureaucrat RVS Mani has hinted that the changes in the Ishrat Jahan affidavit was made by the then UPA government. RVS Mani, former under secretary (Internal Security) in the Union home ministry, said he was tortured to sign Ishrat's affidavits that says she was not a terrorists.
