Salt selling at Rs 400 in NCR, Government denies shortage | Oneindia News

Salt prices shot up to Rs 400 per kg in Delhi and Rs 700 per kg in Mumbai following rumours about its scarcity. Taking advantage of the situation, some shopkeepers quickly increased the price of cooking salt. Both central and Delhi governments on Friday clarified there is no such shortage.
