what is cemu_hook_shader_config.zip

1-Cemu 1.7.4d (fix fps [now locked at 30] runes and other bugs)
2-Cemu hook 0.4.0.3 (fix cutscenes)
3-Cache Shader (no stuttering or freeze)
4-Some in-file fixes for better performance

Cemu work at 30fps! (60 in shrines, use rivatuner to lock at 30)

The game is not included!!!
