Buy the Transmute recipe from Eudora in Olde Town and craft Blood Moss from 15 Red Mandrakes on your Card Crafting Station.

Blood moss is harvested from red mandrake in fire cat alley, cyclopes lane, night shade and sunken city.

Go to NightSide and keep changing realms until you find some.

Blood Moss is also abundant in Firecat Alley in Wizard City.

Use the transmute Blood Moss recipe from the Wizard City Crafter.

Port into Wizard City and go into the Darkside cave and check for Red Mandrake there.
