The son Sen. Tim Kaine was arrested after protestors disrupted a pro-Trump rally in Minnesota over the weekend. Linwood Michael Kaine, 24, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of second-degree riot. The counterprotesters set off fireworks, ignited a smoke bomb, and sprayed a chemical irritant into the crowd of Trump supporters. Police rushed to the “March 4 Trump” rally at the State Capitol in St. Paul, where they arrested six other people in connection to the violence. Tim Kaine was the running mate of Hillary Clinton in the 2016 presidential election.
