A funny video has emerged of some workmen having a go at 'The Cement Mixer Challenge.'
Two men start and hold the mixer while another sits in the barrel and tries to hold on while being spun round.
One of the workmen manages it, while the other goes tumbling to the ground.
Although the workmen certainly weren't following safety guidelines, they are experienced at using cement mixers and heavy machinery, so this definitely isn't something to try at home.
