Singer Selena Gomez "is back and feeling better than ever." Gomez did an interview with Elle Magazine, one of her first since returning from rehab, and she reveals what she's been doing to feel healthier. She admitted that sh'es "horrible at discipline when it comes to working out," so to supplement her workout routines she uses a sweat bed for 45 minutes. Gomez describes the sweat bed as a burrito that she wraps herself up in and sweats in. She said, "I know it sounds gross, but you just sit in your sweat for an hour and don't immediately shower because there's natural collagen in your toxins that it actually makes your skin feel softer before you wash it all off. It feels incredible."
