Gunman holds hostages at Istanbul hospital

An armed man locked himself inside a hospital room in Istanbul, according to authorities. The man is believed to be a policeman who was being treated at the hospital's psychiatric unit. Officers are currently negotiating with the man, who threatened to kill himself and others in the room.
