Graham Hancock - I traced the Human Story - Part 2
Graham Hancock mentioned a lot of important concepts within less than an hour - e.g. psychedelics, gnosticism.
"There is a force at work in the universe which seeks to snuff out the divine spark in humanity, which seeks to deny the growth of our consciousness. That is an unfortunate side of dualism, they [gnostics] call this force the Demiurge. They said that the Demiurge had evil angels working for him called the Archons."
There's also something really important that he mentioned - The city of Caral and that there was real human society long before there's warfare - warfare isn't mandatory of society to occur, even the contrary.
Also, in the Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity, Islam) the followers don't have direct contact with the spiritual - there's usually a mediator.
