Have You Ever Seen such Physical Dance by Two Physician

First and foremost, dance. Your own dance form and other forms, try to explore all different kinds of dance.

Other physical activities that I find valuable are yoga, pilates, weight lifting, HIgh Intensity Interval Training, running, swimming, badminton. To make the most of your learning experience, stick with a physical activity for at least a year, especially if you don't feel like it is a good match for you. For example, I hate downward facing dog (a yoga pose) and almost gave up yoga because the move didn't work for me. Then I realized that I needed more flexibility in the chest and shoulders and that's exactly what the pose does.

If the physicial activity makes you miserable as a while, try to write down how you feel and why. Take this lesson with you in future projects. For example, I tried snowboarding but it never worked for me. After contemplation, my fear for injuries and heights was too big to overcome. I take that with me when choosing new physical activities.
