A suicide car bomb went off in central Turkey, killing 13 soldiers and wounding more than 50 aboard a bus on Sunday. The explosion targeted soldiers on their way to a local market in the city of Kayseri. While no group has taken responsibility for the attack, officials believe it was carried out by the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK). The blast comes only a week after a PKK attack in Istanbul, which left 44 people dead. Seven people have been arrested in connection to the attack.
