The Student Partners Program (SPP) is an administrative framework designed and implemented in partnership between the Canadian visa offices in India and Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan). The current participating list of SPP college in Canada is in video.
The SPP is open to Indian students only. Students do not apply to the SPP; they apply to a participating list of SPP colleges in Canada and may be considered under the program if they meet specific criteria. Students who have previously been refused any Canadian study permit application are not eligible to apply under SPP for Canada study visa.
