David Ellis

David Ellis works within a variety of disciplines. The project “Flyway” is both performance and exhibition. Commissioned by the Theory Icon Project, David Ellis painted every day from morning until night in an airplane hangar inspired structure. This entire process has been captured in stop frame animation that Ellis calls Motion Painting. Finally, the finished works will be installed at the Theory flagship store from April 7th until June 2nd, 2008.
