2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Sugar

- Tempura Batter -
3 tbsp Cold Water
3 tbsp Tempura Flour

Squid
Sweet Potato
Pumpkin
Maitake Mushrooms
Eggplant
Asparagus
