RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
1 CUP WATER
1 CUP SUGAR
4 LIMES
3 PAPAYAS, PEELED AND CUBED
4 BANANAS SLICED INTO RINGS
METHOD
BOIL THE WATER WITH THE SUGAR. SIMMER FOR 3 MINUTES ON A MEDIUM HEAT. REMOVE THE SYRUP FROM THE FLAME, TRANSFER TO A LARGE BOWL, AND LET COOL.
REMOVE A STRIP OF RIND FROM THE LIME, AND SQUEEZE THE JUICE OUT OF ALL 4 LIMES. WHEN THE SYRUP HAS COOLED, ADD THE LIME JUICE, LIME RIND, PAPAYAS, AND BANANA RINGS.
COVER WITH CLING FILM, AND COOL IN THE FRIDGE FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR.
