INGREDIENTS:
150ML COCONUT MILK
1/2 AN AVOCADO
A HANDFUL OF ICE
1/4 CUCUMBER
1/2 A LARGE BANANA
1 LARGE HANDFUL OF SPINACH
YOUR CHOICE OF DETOX BLEND/PROTEIN
METHOD
POUR THE COCONUT MILK INTO A BLENDER, ADD THE AVOCADO, THEN ICE, CUCUMBER BANANA, A LARGE HANDFUL OF SPINACH AND DETOX BLEND/PROTEIN.
BLEND ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER UNTIL SMOOTH AND TOP WITH BERRIES, PEE BOLLEN AND PUMPKIN SEEDS (OR ANY OTHER TOPPINGS OF YOUR CHOICE). ENJOY!
