Ahmad Khan Rahami: what we know about the bombing suspect so far

Ahmad Khan Rahami is a 28-year-old naturalized US citizen born in Afghanistan living in Elizabeth, New Jersey. His father owns the restaurant "First American Fried Chicken" located below the family's home. He majored in criminal justice at Middlesex County College in Edison but did not graduate. Rahami traveled to Afghanistan and Pakistan multiple times and had to go through secondary screening more than once upon his return to the US.
